To have your product warranted, purchases made from or any offsite reseller will have to be registered. All Mo.Care warranties are non-transferrable and are only available to the original end-user of the product. Warranties do not apply to Mo.Care products purchased from unauthorized vendor.

Once our Customer Service team receives your claim from above, you will receive instructions on the next steps in getting your item to Mo.Care's Quality Control Department for evaluation. Please note customers are responsible for shipping charges on sending the defective item back to us. There is a standard shipping charge for all replacement items to cover the cost of postage. During the evaluation process, our technicians will decide the approval status of the item based on our warranty guidelines. For International orders, the customer is responsible for shipping and duty charges on the replacement. 


Our 1 Year Warranty is limited to one replacement per ordered item. 

Mo.Care warrants these products against wear and damage during the 1 year warranty period. You must register your product at and return the damaged product to us. Subject to availability, we will replace the product that is of equal value. You will be required to pay a US$4 - US$14.95 shipping and handling charge for the replacement product.

The benefits conferred by these warranties are in addition to other rights you may have depending on your country, state or province of residence. Furthermore, some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If any provision of these warranties is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.


Mo.Care warrants to the original purchaser of Mo.Care product that the product shall be free of defects in design, assembly, material, workmanship or crack.


All above warranties are null and void if the Mo.Care product is not provided to Mo.Care for inspection upon Mo.Care’s request at the sole expense of the purchaser, or if Mo.Care determines that the Mo.Care product has been improperly installed, altered in any way or tampered with. This limited warranty does not protect against acts of God such as flood, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, or damage due to power disturbances. This limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or repair cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Mo.Care product. 

This 1 year warranty does not cover products provided to you as replacement products for other products deemed to be replaceable per the terms of this warranty.  For the avoidance of doubt, this means that if you purchase a Mo.Care product, and that product is covered by this 1 year warranty and is therefore replaced with another product by Mo.Care, the replacement product is not covered under this warranty or any other warranty, whether implied or express.


Mo.Care’s warranties apply only to Mo.Care products and are subject to the following terms: all Mo.Care warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy, you must register your product at, provide proof of purchase and request the replacement. Warranties do not apply to Mo.Care products purchased from unauthorized vendor.
